Headed by NEIGAE, together applied with the Northeast Agriculture University and Heilongjiang Land Reclamation and breeding scientific research centre, the major specific plan entitled “the cultivation of new variety of agriculture GMO: The Construction of introduction into Soybean and exploitation of beneficial hidden genes had been launched in Harbin part on 25 July.
  On behalf of the project team, Liu Baihui introduced the basic condition of this Agriculture GMO major plan as well as the goal and arrangement of the plan. Chen Qingshan and Sun Xia made reports on the plan for implementation of each sub-plan and the current progress of the plan.
Hu Guohua highly appreciate the participate institutes ’s basic research work and the capability of researchers and he believes that it will achieve creative progress of the scientific research. He purposed that we should hold a long view and follow the Major Project of Chinese National Agriculture GMO. He also emphasizes that the project team should pay great attention to the task which is laid out by the specific plan and carry out the task strictly follow the evaluation target.
  Deputy director Liu XiaoBing made a closing speech. First, he congratulated Liu Baojiang and Northeast Agriculture University and relative staff in Heilongjiang Land Reclamation and breeding scientific research centre on the successful application of the plan and he also hoped that with the Most optimum distribution of people, recourses and laboratories, we would fulfill every target of the plan and bid for more and more new projects and resources together, building a “The Iron Triangle”of the soybean GMO cultivation together.
