Wetland Science is an academic journal, published in China from 2003. It is sponsored by Northeast Institute of Geography and Agricultural Ecology (the former Changchun Institute of Geography), Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Wetland Science is the first wetland academic journal in China, mainly publishing the pioneering theories and methods in such wetland researches as formation and evolution laws, resources, environment and ecology, protection and management, function, ecological engineering, and rehabilitation all of the world. The journal can be applied by wetland researchers, teachers, administrators and graduate students.
